KAUA‘I FILIPINO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Born and raised on Kaua‘i with Filipino ancestry, this logo and program was an honor for me to create. My inspiration was my upbringing in the Filipino community of Koloa town. Sugar cane was the industry back in those days. My grandparents worked in the mill and in the fields. I incorporated a silhouette of my grandfather, who was a proud farmer, the Koloa Sugar Mill and cane leaves along with symbols of the Filipino flag and its’ colors.
